Robert Montgomerys Arbeiten enthalten einen unweigerlichen Augenblick des Zaubers. Doch trotz der Flüchtigkeit dieses Moments haben Roberts Worte und Bilder eine erstaunliche Beharrlichkeit, mit der sie sich langsam entfalten und so in unserer Erinnerung festsetzen. Seine Gedichte sind ein Archiv von Augenblicken, die prägnant das Gefühl aussprechen, heute und hier zu leben.
